This year’s Cinco de Mayo festivities kick off with the 6th Annual Cinco de Mayo Concert: Un Togue de Mexico, performed by the Colorado Symphony Orchestra. Sponsors include the Mexican Cultural Center, the Consulate General of Mexico, and NEWSED. The concert takes place on Thursday, May 1, at Boettcher Concert Hall; special guests from District 9 include El Mariachi Juvenil de Bryant Webster.
