Another good thing to remember about snow removal is to get out there quickly before people walk on it and compact it. Once it is compacted it is much more difficult to remove.

Not an “animal” but a big, beautiful, long-necked white bird in the top of a tree on the northwest corner of Cook Park yesterday (during my walk) Thurs. 6/16/11 at around 9:30 a.m. Could it be a blue heron? I noticed that there is supposed to be a Bird Walk tomorrow with Mary Keithler? I tried to call the phone # that was listed in the Denver Hub yesterday (Thurs) but the answering message was for you to be gone for a week or so? Is there a walk on Saturday?

I have noticed that there are many homes in district 9 and there yards are a mess and the neighborhood is going down hill so to speak and we need to see these neighborhoods cleaned up so, that our houses if we sell will not be sold for less because of the way people keep there homes and yard up. What can be done about this issue
